In this second webinar, participating students will be taught essential negotiation skills through practical exercises and will explore the role of the lawyer in mediation and arbitration by listening to experienced lawyers.

This webinar is divided in two parts and it is expected to last two-three hours, depending on the number of participants.
1. Explore the role of the lawyer in ADR.
Guest speaker: Agis Georgiades, Lawyer, Arbitrator and Mediator with extensive experience in litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cyprus and internationally
2. Essential negotiation skills through practical exercises

At the end of the webinar answers will be given to questions submitted by e-mail until March 30.
